Andy is currently teaching HIIT outside 'on the green' on a Tuesday morning.

A few words from Andy...

I have been a fitness instructor since 2015, working at Slice Fitness and Virgin Active.   I’m also a DJ and like to make new mixes every week to keep the workouts fun!  

 

I have run the London Marathon three times and can help with running training if you need it.  Also every year I organise cycling tours in the Alps or Pyrenees.

 

I want everyone to have fun in my workouts and gradually get fitter each week while trying different exercises.   

 

In the HIIT classes, we mix up short runs with jumps, planks, lunges and squats to give you a total body workout.   We work in small groups so everyone gets looked after.

Auste 

 

Auste is currently teaching outdoor Pilates on a Tuesday evening 6.30pm on the 'green'. Pilates in the fresh air...would could be better?!

A few words from Auste...

I am originally from Lithuania. I have qualified as Pilates teacher in 2013 and since then I have been teaching group and 1-2-1 mat classes in London. 

 

My passion: 

Movement. I have a background and interest in movement which extends beyond Pilates field. I have spent over 10 years training as a contemporary dancer and more recently, I have developed an interest in natural functional human movement. This has added a new dimension to my teaching. I often incorporate movement and functional exercise routines from other movement based disciplines and at the same time I like to bring all back to the main Pilates principles. 

Remember to bring a mat to your class ;)
